Welcome!
Welcome to the Sherwood Grange PS Wellbeing Hub. This online platform is a space for the Wellbeing Team to provide you with a range of different resources to enhance your social, emotional, physical and creative wellbeing.
As you explore the website, we encourage you to click on all the different links depending on what you are looking for. We have included a variety of wellbeing tools in the areas of creativity, mindfulness and physical activity. There is also a page on external services you can access at any time.
Make sure you check out the community blog. This page will be updated regularly so pop in every couple of days to see what new things we have for you to explore. Feel free to post comments and ask questions on our 'Get Involved' tab so we can continue to stay connected as a Sherwood Grange family.
Enjoy exploring!

Meet our Wellbeing team
Hello! My name is Mrs Kimberley Row and I am the Wellbeing, Learning and Support Coordinator at Sherwood Grange Public School. I was a classroom teacher before moving into this role and continue to coach our Stage 3 debating team. I have a passion for student wellbeing and love helping students understand their emotions, their behaviour and grow as an individual.
I work with students across K-6 and work closely with Mariam Tannous and Miss Laura Payne. Some parts of my role include: check ins with students, coordinating Wellbeing initiatives, liaising between external supports and families, and supporting teachers in helping students in the classroom. |
Hi! My name is Mrs Whale. I am the School Wellbeing Support Officer at Sherwood Grange Public School. I love being able to support students, staff and families with all sorts of things - my main goal is to help everyone at Sherwood feel safe and well. My position at Sherwood Grange PS is funded by the National School Chaplaincy Program. I am available at school on Tuesday and Wednesday. Some of the things I do at school are: whole classroom lessons about friendship or wellbeing, small groups to focus on social skills, one on one check-in's, supporting families in times of struggle.
